🔹 Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Source and drive business through designated SBI Bank branches by acquiring new clients for broking (primarily online accounts).
- Focus on activating acquired clients for trading and maintaining consistent client engagement.
- Build and manage relationships with Retail and HNI clients for long-term retention.
- Cross-sell other financial products as directed from time to time, such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Corporate FDs, IPOs, etc.
- Provide product demos and handholding support to new clients post-account opening to ensure active usage of trading platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, internal guidelines, and maintain customer service standards.
- Collaborate with SBI branch staff to drive business targets and generate walk-in leads.
- Hands-on experience in General Insurance and Demat sales will be considered a strong advantage.
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Finance preferred)
- Certifications:
- NISM Series VIII – Mandatory
- NISM V-A & VII – Preferred
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in stock broking, BFSI, insurance or wealth management domain
- Skills:
- Capital market knowledge
- Equity & Derivatives trading
- Client relationship management
- Cross-selling financial products
- Communication & sales skills
🔹 Employment Terms:
- This role is on the OnRoll on SBI (SBICAP Securities Ltd)
- It is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position, renewable annually based on individual performance and company policy.
