Job Description:

   Shriram Life Insurance , a leading provider of a wide array of Insurance services in India and globally, is looking to hire Relationship Manager to join their banca team at multiple locations in India.

About the Role:

As a part of the branch banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are responsible for,

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank customers, understanding their financial needs, and helping them achieve their financial goals by offering appropriate banking products and services. 
• They act as advisors, providing personalized financial guidance and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• RMs also identify and leverage opportunities to grow the bank’s business and increase profitability. 
• To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients. Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
• They will be required to use their communication skills to add new customers and Cross Sell Bank products.
• As part of the daily cadence, RMs are required to engage with existing customers of the Bank which are mapped to their portfolio for offering additional products of the bank as per the need of the customer.
• RMs are expected to process customer transactions and Service requests within a defined turnaround time (TAT) and ensure end-to-end closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients. Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
• They are responsible for recommending appropriate banking and insurance products that align with the customer’s financial goals and risk tolerance

• Bancassurance Officers must adhere to banking and insurance regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines. 
• They may also be involved in processing customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. 
• In some cases, Bancassurance Officers may be involved in sales and business development activities to increase the bank’s revenue. 
• Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (EUIN, SP Certification etc.)
• Complete all learning activities/training conducted by the bank from time to time.
• Daily entry of interaction with customers in the bank’s CRM system.
• Participate and follow all initiatives/ Campaigns/ Drives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time

Eligibility        :
